Torturer General Jailed for Life in Argentina - For Murdering Black Descendants of Slaves in Secret Detention Centres

Race-War Argentinian General & 3 Secret Intelligence Police sentenced to Life In Prison - Sweet.
Today it was reported that former Argentinian general Eduardo Cabanillas and 3 former intelligence officers, were imprisoned for life for the illegal imprisonment, murder, Torture, kidnapping, disappearance and ethnic cleansing of 300 Black political activists during Argentina's 'dirty war' era.
Cabanillas and his police state 'mates' carried out these crimes against humanity, during military rule between 1976-1983. Cabanillas and Argentina's secret intelligence police were some of the most feared men in Argentina, as they controlled the machinery that could, at a whim, pick-up innocent civilians off the street, 'disappearing' them forever.

Many of these tortured & illegally imprisoned citizens, were 'dark-skinned' Black or 'visible' ethnic political activists who were attempting to mobilise, so that they could exercise their human rights. They wished to exercise these civil, political and cultural rights through social and political participation.
However, this was strongly frowned upon, by the white-supremicist European rulers of the country. Black and indigenous political participation was seen as a direct threat to the rule of whites who felt they were the "rightful" heirs of the country. They [whites] claimed that they were the children of the white spanish and jewish colonial 'conquerers' of these Black and brown "savages". These white supremicists hated and still hate Black and indigenous peoples.
These white 'elites' (who were in fact the historical dregs of Europe) were not prepared to tolerate any challenge or change to the status quo in the slightest.
In respect to the Black Argentinians, (who had made enormous economic, social & cultural contributions to Argentina through their unpaid slave-labour, and physical contributions to wars of liberation), many, many people from the region happily showed active solidarity towards these struggling Black and brown civil rights fighters.
Hundreds of thousands of their civil counter-parts from wider Latin America flocked to Argentina from Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Cuba, Jamaica and other parts of the Caribbean.
Therefore, the nature of the circumstances, only lent to make the crimes committed against the population even more cynical. Under international law, people are 'officially' allowed 'freedom of association', but not in this case.
The Argentinian military wheels started to turn, and many innocent people found that they were subjected to a process they had never heard about before, much less experience. That was to say, the 'disappearance' process. First the process started slowly, almost invisibly, then it became more pronounced.
One neighbour 'disappearing'could be rationalised away saying that they had eloped or had been arrested for a local minor misdemeanor, but whole sections of neighbourhoods, and "in the night", was an insufficent explanation for even the most naive person. Son's and daughters', husbands and wives could not be explained away in such a dismissive manner.
First reports were put into the local police station, with a chilling lack of response. Then, when the penny dropped (for who would think that your own country would go to war with you - an 'ordinary' citizen?) people started to make their own enquiries about their missing kith & kin.
These enquiries led to the shocking discovery of one of many Argentinia's notorious 'Torture and death camps' . It was to one of these, death camps, that many of the disappeared would be brought.
General Cabanillas controlled the deadly ,Buernos Aires, (an geographical area with a large Black 'dark'skinned' population) based detention death camp called AUTOMOTORES ORLETTI.
It was here, that innocent people found their last resting place. All at the command of Gen Cabanillas, and his government ministerial controllers. It was at this place, that many ended their days in mass or unmarked graves.
As responsible human's, we must lift all immunity away from all torturers and their accomplices. They must be pursued to the end of the earth, in the same way, they pursued their innocent torture victims.
So, as a surviving torture victim, I can confidently say, that none of these torture victims, or their families will rest until those who are culpable, are arrested, convicted and imprisoned. If that means that a few presidents, attorney generals or former attorney generals, military men, judges, magistrates, civil servants, regional, local or national politicians, policemen, old women, old men, etc are punished, so be it.
The world will not rest until ALL of the culprits are punished as to the size and weight of their crimes. Once one has been subjected to to torture, one is forever a changed person. No 'rehabilitation' will ever recover the lost innocence that is lost. Any torture is bad enough, but it leaves a bitter taste, to know that entire communities were targeted because of their "dark" colour and skin-tone. This in the 20th and 21st century. Enough is enough.
This is why those who 'turned a blind eye' will be have to be pursued until they 'give up' their 'masters', if their masters so happen to be jews, so be it. No cries of "anti-semitism" or "Islamophobia" or "chip-on-shoulders" will protect or prevent the punishment.
If indeed, this is an international hidden or secret "Race-War", then those who promote it will be disappointed to find that most decent people, regardless of colour, will not tolerate it. Indeed, like God, we will do everything in our power to eradicate those who would divide this world with such mad petty arguments. So, then let the games begin!

Britain Ignores It's Own Torture and Human Rights Violations against UK Black and Rasta community Whilst producing a Torture report for Foreigners in Conflict Situations.

William Hague, the UK's Foreign Secretary in combination with the full cabinet, has deliberately ignored the UK's own Torture, domestic renditions, harassment and intimidatory behaviour carried out against Rastas and the Black West-Indian community. This despicably bad behaviour has been ongoing for atleast 50 years. Whilst this secret Torture and inhumane treatment is ticking away, he has recently formed a Human Rights Advisory Group (peopled by some of the most racist individuals in the world) and sent out a guidance booklet aimed at Foreign & Commonwealth (FCO) staff.

The question is, what solutions does the British government intend to offer to Black English Rasta and "West-Indian" Torture victims?
The UK's Black "West Indian" Rasta community have for years been subjected to humiliating treatment whilst having their voices stifled. They have been forced to suffer the indignity in a Kafkaesque enforced silence.
They have been further insulted by the British government sending representatives to Libya (part of ancient Black Africa), the middle east and other places of 'conflict' to advance the idea, that the British are non-racist, tolerant, strongly defend Human Rights and promote democracy. They emphasis their support for Freedom of Expression, and abhorrance to Torture by making untruthful speeches about their support of democracy and 'fair play'.
And yet, these are the very abominations, nay, the very things that they not only actively promote and practice, but eagerly cover-up within their own shores. The cover-ups include interventions in court proceedings from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), as well as from the Attorney General.
For example, the former racist Jewish Foreign Secretary, David Miliband, went as far as personally intervene with the judges, who were dealing with several Torture cases. However, these individuals who brought the cases were 'lucky', in that they were either light-skinned asians and/or muslims. They were and are seen as a more photogenic and "acceptable" face of multi-ethnic Britain than Black people. This is the face of "ethnics" that white racist politicians are happy to show to the public and the wider world. These light-skinned individuals are the kind of faces they want to put on the international stage to demonstrate their "colour-blindness".
So it will not surprise anyone to find, that not one known Torture victim of Black "West Indians" or Rasta background or religion was 'allowed' to bring a case of Torture against the British government. Despite heavy and obvious supporting evidence of "Black British" Torture taking place in many UK cities. Places such as Brixton in London, Manchester, Nottingham and Birmingham are notorious for the regular Torture, arbitrary arrests, 'disappearances' and convictions of Black British people.
The aforementioned illegal interventions can be as crude as 'telephone calls' from the DPP's office or simply from 'anonymous 'parliamentary staff', etc, to the courts. The outcome being that judges are in effect, (or even perhaps in collusion with persons unknown) ordered to 'dispose' of the "Black" Torture cases that involve "West-Indians" or "Rastas". These cases are disposed of in a way that favours the government. In other words cases are thrown out and are permanently buried. Denial of access to justice can even start pre-trial, by poor, wrong or no legal advice being offered by solicitors and barristers. In constrast to the treatment of lighter-skinned asians and muslims, where they may access the top legal minds in the country and even within the UN and international jurists organisations.
Examples of gross Human Rights abuses include crimes of aggression - such as regular attacks (police raids on homes), illegal "kettling" (such as cruel and unusual 'containment' techniques) by the police; permanent unemployment; forced slave labour; forced slum-dwellings, Rachman-style inhumane housing conditions; forced evictions if a victim complains; disappearances; arbitrary detentions; trumped up charges and convictions; physical & psychological (psychiatric damage) Torture, defamations, smears, sexual Torture; planned displacements as well as genocide and ethnic cleansing.
It is widely known that doctors and psychiatrists in hospitals (via their GP collaborators) carry out Nazi-type eugenic medical experimentations on Rastas and Black people of African-Caribbean background. They inject drugs used by vets or drugs used for the execution of people on death row in America. And yet nothing is done. Extra-judicial killings are a regular event in the Black English community.
Even eye witnesses to these crimes are themselves 'disappeared and detained' under false pretenses. Disappearances happen, if the ''witnesses' are suspected of wanting to "speak". Therefore the entire Black "West-Indian" community lives under an atmosphere of complete terror and fear. Visits to places of work leisure are not uncommon. Librarians are at the ready to report on reading material that relates to "rights" or the "law". Intimidation by British librarians are so well known, that there are 'jokes' that circulate within the Black English community describing the aggression shown towards them by some "harmless old woman passing herself off as a librarian". It is said that whites "hate to see Black English people reading".
This means that Rasta and the "West-Indian" population are 'automatically socially, economically, culturally and civilly excluded from participating in all aspects of public life. Even if they wanted to participate in any political activities, the British government and their agents, make it their duty to let it be known, that that person will either be killed or harmed if they try.
This situation of de facto war, conflict and oppression was recently emphasised by a Brixton Rasta Temple being bombed and tear-gassed by Lambeth police. The bombing of Black homes by the UK's police, is a regular occurance. The police then disappeared the Rastas by sending them for secret interrogations to special "Black sites", 'Terrorist' police stations across London, or to mental institutions. This is done without due process or access to any legal advice. The innocent individual is then given the third degree so that they falsely 'confess' to crimes they never committed.
Charges are then trumped up at the last minute, whilst people are held for 15-24 hours without food, drink or access to a lawyer. Eventually, all charges may be dropped. If there is severe police brutality, and the surrounding structure involves corrupted judges, police and solicitors, then the person ends up with a criminal conviction, (imprisonable), which precludes them from running for any public office.
These judges, magistrates, and lawyers collude in a well-networked joint criminal enterprise in a concerted bid to kill the Rasta community of the UK.
Nothing is done by the British state to rectify the problem, or to arrest the "establishment" criminals involved in the collusion. In plain language, the state has chillingly turned a blind eye and abused their powers in a bid to renege on their national and international responsibilities to protect Torture victims. No one senior or in any public office has ever been arrested, charged or even interviewed for these gross abuses of their role in public office. No one has been taken down for the deliberate corrupt "targeting" of the "Black British-West-Indian" and Rasta community.
And yet, despite this, prime minister David Cameron, was recently seen doing a 'walk-about' in the middle east whilst knowing full well that gross human rights abuses were happening in his own country.
Where Black "West-Indians" are concerned, organisations such as Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Interrights, etc, were, and have always been silent.
Amnesty International - headed by former London Mayor's Ken Livingstone former girlfriend, Kate Allen, has said nothing in regards to the treatment of Rastas, despite being notified and being well aware of the situation. However, she is very eager, to help "brown asian and muslims" who are lighter in complexion to Black people. Actions which show that she and Amnesty International, etc, are themselves racist, and anti-Black. This case is the same with the organisation Liberty. Their racist asian director, has never made a sound to defend visible "Black" targets such as Rastas.
In fact, all the "human rights organisations within that lobby, make it their duty to side-step and take advantage of the human rights abuses Rastas and "West-Indians" are subjected to. Oddly, many of these organisations discriminate against Black people on the grounds of "race supremacy", sexual orientation, (heterosexual hatred) and discrimination on the grounds of age (they, always assuming that ALL Black people are either children or 'youths') and religion.
Menawhile, Parliament has produced the anti-slavery Act. An act, that completely ignores the descendants of slavery such as Rastas as part of the "West-Indian" community. The focus is increasingly on the Africans, and Africa where the white man can access oil. The Rasta and "West-Indian" communities are therefore superfluous to requirements. That superfluousness as applied to Black English people, comes from both the white man and the racist African, Both groups are equally culpable and liable.
These circumstances, therefore make that anti-slavery Act, both incompatible with the Human Rights Act, as well as with international laws and conventions against racism, slavery, the descendants of African slaves, Torture, forced evictions, arbitrary detentions, enforced disappearances, religious discrimination, child abuse, violence against women, etc.
Amnesty International, Liberty and Human Rights Watch, etc have rightly called for the release of four arab Al Jazeera journalists, assumed tby Libya's col. Ghaddaffi, but have never asked for the release of one Black English man or woman of African-Caribbean descent. Why would they be so inactive where these "Black British" cases? The answer, they are anti-Black, anti-Black "West-Indian".
Internationally, Britain already has questionable Human Rights credentials. Their reputation can only get worst, until they stop Torturing of Black "West-Indians" who are descendants of the slavery process.
The British government, its ministers and civil servants must acknowledge that they torture Black people, domestically rendition them and inflict actions that are aimed at the destruction of that community.
There must be good financial and economic redress to the victims, and their off-spring. There must be a provision of funds for an international commission on the affects of slavery on that community, that has nothing to do with contemporary forms of slavery. There must be the installaton of several 'sensible' Black Rasta and "West Indian" Diasporan ambassadors to represent the cause at the highest levels.
Finally, there needs to be discussions around the provision of land to permit the development of a country, where we can determine our own economic, social, cultural and civil futures.
It is completely unacceptable for the British government to attempt to stymie as well as prevent the opening of discussions, by the brutal use and application of Torture to oppress and silence 'dissent' (i.e. Freedom of Expression) of those of us who come are 'the legacy of slavery' and the proven victims of the worst crime against humanity in the history of the world.
Outside of taking these actions, the British government, and all its agents, will continue to be seen as racist colonials, who are ripe for disrespect and contempt.
